Return policy

All unopened products purchased at Indika Fabrics can be returned within 1 day of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. . If want to cancel, allowed only within 3 hours of payment or else goods will be dispatched refund in 7 working days but only after returns receipt.

Note

Unserviceable areas of delivery will be exceptions. for which refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

Cancellation

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
